Fintastic Friend

Hello been busy colouring with this card
I love this cute set of stamps from C.C designs called
The sea bed is a old stamp by high hope and I have had it ages but I thought
it worked well with the Little Pixie set.

Pixie Rose

I Love this cute stamp by C.C designs called Swiss pixie Rose and used it to make this card for
a friends birthday, I also made a box to put it in with a little flower made with same papers.
I have also used Die-namics blueprint 20 for base of card and the clip with the butterfly on is from a
set by Die-namics called hip clips.
I have coloured the image with copics and added a little bit of sparkle to the roses but you can not see that very well.

Help with quilt? and my Dad's birthday card

I decided to have a go at making a quilt and use my sewing machine for fabric for a change.
I went to make a coffee and this is what I found when I came back.
I think someone things the quilt is going to be for him.

When I was having my mega craft sort out I came across this old stamp by trimcraft
called Happy Harvest
I just had to make it into a card for my Dad's birthday.
My Dad loves gardening but is having a problem with a family of rabbits that have moved in.

I have coloured with copics and gone for a CAS card
It made my Dad smile

Justrite 'Mums' and vintage sunflowers

Just thought I would pop a couple of cards on that I taught at a class at
I have used distress inks to colour with on both cards
The top one is using a stamp set called 'Mums' by justrite
and crackle background stamp also by justrite
I have used a spellbinder die Labels twenty nine for the base

For the second card I have used a stamp set called
I have used the crackle background stamp again
I have used spellbinders die decorative labels eight for the base this time.

Thank you for looking, I am going to try and blog more often now
I made a decision a couple of months ago to step down from the Dt teams I was on
Due to family illness and not feeling I could fulfil each dead line.
Thinks are a lot better now and I am finding I want to craft again.
When I am worried I go off crafting
I have had a big craft sort out and plan on using a lot of stamps I have bought but never inked up
I have also gave a lot of stuff to my daughters school for the craft club.
I was definitely a craft hoarder and had papers that were years old lol.

I have used distress inks to shade the daisies with and glossy accents in the centres.
The background is made using a stamp by Justrite Stamps called
I have again stamped in versa mark then used white embossing powder
After embossing the background I have gone over it with distress inks to add colour.
The sentiment is from a set called 'Mums' by Justrite and stamped on a tag from a set by doohickey called 'Tea label tags small'
